Times when Polar explorers had to eat dried biscuits and dried meat are over.
We use only fresh products specially delivered for each cruise to prepare meals on board.
All dishes are made of fresh natural ingredients. Professional chiefs will cook different dishes of European cuisine for you. You can find variety of cream-soups in our menu; fish and meat dishes - steamed, fried, boiled. We have special pastas, vegetable and cereal dishes for vegetarians .
Our desserts will leave a lasting impression on you.
You will also have the chance to taste different dishes from various cuisines - Italian, French and of course Russian cuisine with its imperial Sturgeon, red caviar and original Siberian borsch.
You will have a unique opportunity to spend an unforgettable evening on the open deck enjoying a fantastic barbeque. You will taste delicious lamb, tender salmon - grilled on the deck. We are pleased to offer you Polar Hot Wine made of red wine, taiga herbs and honey to withstand the Arctic cold.

8:00 - breakfast:
Buffet (sliced fish - salmon, sliced meat - ham, sliced cheese, fried sausage and bacon, fried eggs, fresh vegetables, muesli, jam, honey, butter, choice of yogurt, orange and apple juice, bread). Selection of teas and full roast coffee will be served by waiters.
13:00 - lunch:
Buffet: (3 kinds of sliced fish, sliced ham and salami, salad leaves, fresh vegetables, 3 kind of sliced cheese, cold meat, olives, vegetables, fruit, mix of salads, hot appetizers in hot food compartments).The Soup of the Day. Hot appetizers vary from day to day. Main courses also vary (meat, fish, poultry), Desserts. Bread. Butter.
16:30 - coffee / tea with pastry:
Coffee/tea and fresh-baked pastry, cakes are served.
19:30 - dinner:
Cold appetizer, Soup of the Day, Main course of the day (either meat, or fish, or poultry). Chef’s dish depending on the day. Dessert. Bread. Butter.
During the expedition open air barbecue is made two times: grilled meat and fish, hot soup and appetizers in steam table, polar gleentwein, vodka, mineral water and juice.
The passengers are welcome to purchase different spirits, soft drinks and appetizers at the bar (whisky, cognac, gin, Russian vodka, tequila, liqueur, Martini, Campari, wine card (France, Chile, Italy, Spain, etc.), Russian beer, long drinks, red caviar, juice, mineral water, tea, coffee, cigarettes.
